  • Is delivery free only to Mondial Relay points?
    In mainland France, delivery is free to Mondial Relay, Chronopost and Relais colis collection points and lockers. Free delivery to Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands is only possible via Mondial Relay
  • Can I return my board and get a refund?
    All products supplied by Monboplato benefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In the event of non-compliance of a product sold, it may be returned in its original packaging to Monboplato who will take it back, exchange it or refund it.All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email to the following address: monboplato@gmail.com within fifteen days of delivery.
  • Can I put my tray in the dishwasher?
    Yes, if the size allows it, your tray is designed to go in the dishwasher. It can also be cleaned very easily by hand with a sponge and a little washing-up liquid if necessary.
  • Can I put a hot dish on my tray?
    Yes, your tray is heat resistant up to 130°
  • Can I put food directly on my tray?
    Yes, your tray is laminated with an eco-friendly coating approved for food contact.
  • Can I offer a tray?
    Yes of course, an original serving tray is a very good gift idea! All you have to do is let me know when ordering and send me by email the address of the person to whom you wish to give it
  • What are the sizes of your wooden trays?
    The round serving trays are 38 cm in diameter, the rectangular trays 27x20 cm and the long trays 15x32 cm.
  • Where are your wooden serving trays made?
    The wooden serving trays are handcrafted from birch leaves by a Swedish company.
